The FILL line of Can filling systems provides today’s rapidly growing craft brewers with the platform and technology to meet current can production requirements, while also establishing a robust foundation for future expansion at an unmatched price investment. The entire range of beer filling systems is built upon upholding the utmost product quality standards, while delivering industry-leading levels of production efficiency, throughput, reliability, and user-friendliness.

Key features of all
filling systems

  • Very low Total Package Oxygen (TPO) output
  • Precise FILL control based on volumetric level or meter measurement
  • Heavy duty construction for maintenance free operation and reliability

FILLING CAN Filler

The Filling Can lines are cutting-edge, high-speed can filling systems driven by mechanical control. They are designed based on proven European True Counter-Pressure-Gravity filling technology and can seaming technology. Swift transition between can sizes like 12oz and 16oz provides brewers with exceptional flexibility. The continuous motion rotary seaming system ensures consistent seaming performance and seamless can transfer. Thanks to the VFD controlled drive system, the Filling Can filler can adjust its speed to match production requirements, ranging from 100 CPM (cans per minute) for 12oz cans to 300 CPM. With integrated, under-cover gassing, oxygen pickup is nearly eliminated, maintaining industry-leading O2 pickup levels of ≤ 30ppb (parts per billion).

VOLUMETRIC FILLERS ENABLE FAST-PACED PRODUCTION

The FILL V series of Volumetric can fillers are accelerating plant production everywhere. These can fillers run at speeds between 100 – 600+ cans per minute while achieving precise and consistent filling volumes in multiple can sizes for a variety of beverages and liquids. Monobloc design gives customers a simple, single blocked unit consisting of the state-of-the-art FILL V filling carousel integrated with a true tangential discharge to the integrated FILL seaming system.
